speed 8 is a parma, speed 12 is a proto

i still think that 1/12 is 85% tires...

Mike U can also run White rears aswell. IF I was I would get atleast 2 pairs of gray's and 2 pairs of whites for the rear. And 2 or more pairs of Purple fronts.

Hey Dave, alot of guys here run Pinks in the rear for Mod. Grey's just don't have enough bite for when you get the big motor in there. If you need any 1/12th scale help let me know and I'm sure I can get your questions answered. There are a few really fast 1/12th scale guys local to me.

they're running 05's with the inline caster blocks!!! btw, still no luck, but i'm over that now... new car on the way.. lol

90% Tplate. A few Speed Merchants but mostly L4's and IRS Rug Rats...IRS is local here. Also the Trinity guys have their car.

J, just get a CRC and get it over with

I've only run my 12th scale once, so what I know is what people like J and Brian have told me. And I got a speed 12 cause thats what the hobby shop had and my painted wanted the body then lol

The Parma body is a little more forgiving. The Protoform is more aggresive. That was the way it was explained to me. I can never remember which is which...speed 12 vs speed 8. The new Protoform looks nice though.
