I do have parts (most of them)
You can come 80 or 94. Either way, get off at Portage exit go south (turn left at end of ramp if you are getting off toll road-I80). Turn left again by Burger King, make another left after you pass KFC. That will put you in the mall, look for a big yellow awning with Duneland Hobbies on it (down a bit on your left).
I am taking my daughter to a LeTigre concert tonight, so I will have someone else watching the store. I will also be gone for a while tomorrow afternoon.

A new LiPo just came out that fits in the XR8 and Serpent cars! It's a Kokam 1200 mah.
Remember to use the Novak (or similar) voltage regulator with the LiPo packs, as they are 7.4 volts.

What kind of capacity do they have? Or, more like, what kind of runtime can we expect from them? Right now I have the P.R. 5 cell AAA pack, and with my Accucycle, can't get more than 500mah in it...

Uh, what part of 1200 mah are you having a problem with? Sorry, couldn't resist. Run time--don't know. I have been using 720 mah AAA's, and never have fully tested the run-time. I know I have plenty left after a 1/2 hour main. Should have a lot more time in the LiPo's.

Pardon my brainfart, I just realized what you wrote... I was so caught up in the 7.2 volt part of it I missed the mah rating...oops!

In defense of my current battery, even with my high torque servo, and on a track with many curves, I still only used about 100 mah with about half an hour's worth of practice...

They were ok, I didn't hate it. My main complaint was too loud and too smoky! Guess I'm showing my age.

My local hobby shop is selling this product at a very reasonable price. Car kit +Mega engine+one piece racing pipe for less than US 800.00. They are the authorised dealer for south east asia. Full range of parts available.

Is this car out yet at a website to buy?

What do you guys think about this kit? is it worth it? because If I buy one I don't want it flipping over on me and stuff. I seen prices and they are cheap for this kit but im still thinking about it........I need to see the performance on this car.
