anybody got some tips for replacing the wires? I have done it once before but it took AGES and didn't go too smoothly. Using TQ 13 gauge wire.

haha, i know how to solder I've been doing it for many years, just the holes on the PCB are a tad small and don't like to accept the wire in them cleanly without pushing a whole lot of it up. Wanted to know if anyone has used a certain tinning method of the wire to allow it to be pushed through the PCB hole without strands being left above.

Where can I get a replacement upper case for the SXX? I'm still waiting on support to respond.

I really don't want to send it in for exchange as it has been a very good ESC. I had to return a TC spec SXX a while back and what I got back wasn't even close to the same power with the same settings. Strange I know, but it does have me worried.

I'm tempted to swap the cases and send the TC back.

Having the right tools makes everything a lot easier. I just finished soldering my new wires today, it took me 15 mins. You must have a desoldering tool makes life a lot easier.

Hey guys. I may sound silly but i got a sxx v2 a while ago and am now running 17.5 boosted class. When i put the esc into setup mode for mode 2 (boost) and 3 i cant get past 6 blue flashes so cant get max boost. It goes to 0 blue flashes if you press the set again after 6 flashes. Thanks pat

Do you know what firmware is in it? Firmware v4.0 only has boost 0-6. I would use the original v1.5 software for 17.5 boosted because values 9-10 are definitely more power than boost 6 with firmware v4.0.

Hi guys i have the sxx stock spec v2 so the bottom pic. It has firmware 4.4 im pretty sure cause i updated it around 4 weeks ago.
