also make sure u have enuff brake "throw" report back when you get the issue fixed.

Sounds like you need a stronger servo . You need at least 200 oz in . of torque , more would be better .

ya bro unfortunately u need strong servo to get T to react properly....but everything that others have already told you factor in as well....just sanded my discs because of glaze that was affecting my brake as well....once things are set properly and u like what the truggy is doing u will find nothing stays the same....u do have to check and adjust as the more u run ur truggy

One thing to remember, Ti is not stronger than steel. Ti will make a lighter servo, that's all. This is the reason some do not use Ti screws.
333oz/in is overkill for throttle/brake. High torque means more current draw from the battery. But the $85 hitec HS-7954SH is a good deal.
