How in the hell do you get proper mesh with the motor mount not even mounted straight with the chassis?

Ha! The vertical part of the motor mount is slightly twisted to even out with the spur gear. I set the mesh by loosening the entire mount, inserting a piece of paper between gears, then tightening everything down. I have had zero stripped gears since building this thing. May not look pretty but works perfect.
