If your running smaller than that-then you might want to think about some set-up changes to gain steering back.
What's the difference if I shim under the pin holder rather than out at the hex?

You also need 38mm turnbuckles. The part number is 79273. The retail on the topdeck is $35.00.

Just my quick 2 cents...I switched to a T2 from a well set up RDX. BIG MISTAKE!!!! I missed the hell out of my RDX the last 3 races and am looking to pick up another one. I'm sure the T2 has it's good qualities but I can't get the damn thing to turn and rotate nearly as well as my RDX did. I WANT MY RDX BACK!!!!! This is one of those defining moments where you realize you did something VERY stupid.....

Just a quick kit question......If it is one of the kits with the chassis pre drilled for the motor guard (US Carpet Spec Kit), is the chassis also already set to accept the Specialized offset motor mount?

It does seem,by looking at the RDX on the track, that it does rotate very easy. I think sometimes some drivers have better luck with certain cars.

So I have an RDX now on the way to try.

Well_I am going to try my hand at Rubber tires again. Talking in large generalities that the fastest rubber tire/carpet set-up is one in which you can spin the car out at will, but when driven smoothly with throttle inputs going to the apex that you dont spin out?
In other words-if you are to dial a set-up in thats flat planted and can even be driven aggresively and rear remains planted that that set-up is inherently slow? I think I am going to start with Ertracters (sp?) IIC set-up.
I need to know these things since I have NO ONE to practice against on rubber tires till the Halloween Classic practice starts. IN the meantime I'll try around 1 to 2 seconds off the foam tire stock laptimes-depending on whos setting the laptimes (ie. Goetz or Hermmann).
