Default What size tires does a Slash 4x4 come with out of the box?

Does it have the "normal" 2.2" tires that fit rims where both the outside and inside edges are 2.2" diameter?

Or does it come with tires for rims that are 2.2" diameter on the outside, but 3" diameter on the inside?

I need to get a Christmas present for a friend who has a stock Slash 4x4 (not modified), and a set of tires would be nice.

What size does a Slash 4x4 have, when new?

It uses the 2.2"/3" size that is the norm. May wanna pick him up a set of wheels as well so he has something to glue those tires on.

You don't really need to know the size...all "short course" labeled tires will fit any "short course" labeled rims. Just make sure you get rims that will work on the slash
