Hey EA, recently picked up a 1/12 with a VX1 in it. Unfortunately, I got nothing else. Can I find the instructions on line? Looked at your site, but wasn't sure which might apply to mine. Also, do I need a program card and a USB link to program it and which card do I need?
www.orcarc.com has the instructions online I beleive. The prgram cards are available and work on any of the VX, VXX or VX3 line. The USB is only used for updating software which you may want to do depending on how old the VX1 you got is. LMK if I can help any further.
I dont like to post numbers because there are way to many variables involved. Different machines, different room temps, different machine temps, etc. But generally they are in the low 22's to 21's.

Because of board inconsistencies (on some vendors other than ORCA) I was setting timing with free amps to somewhere in the 2-3 amp range. I have that Gforce motor checker you hooked me up with at IIC but personal issues have not allowed me to actually touch it till right now.
Anyway, should I still do it the same, (advance the timing till the amps spike) or should I be looking for a certain timing on the machine?

What free rev amp loads are you recommending for the short stack motors?

Sorry I missed the post. I didnt get my normal email notification!
I dont use free rev amps for anything to be honest. I have not played around with that method enough to know what to set them at. I set all my spec motors at 50 degrees to start using the Motor analyzer and go from there.
Thanks

Thank you..,
Small plug for EA. Great service, communication and quick shipping. Didn't know what to expect on my first order and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Thanks again!

EA,
What is your current preference for a 13.5 motor for my WGT? Orca or D4? Looks like you still carry both.
Stockton RC Speedway at the fairgrounds location where the 2006 Carpet Nats happened is being resurrected next month. So, I have a carpet track to play on again.

Team EA website shows the 13.5 D4 is out of stock. Any idea when you will have more available? Should a WGT car utilize a 12.5 rotor? Many thanks.
