J,
What motor are you using? I just found out that it wont work on a 21.5 and some 17.5's when you run them with lower timing or less than 9V. They have told me they are working on an update. It will work fine on all motors when you check timing plugged into a 12v power supply as they recommend. I didnt know this until just yesterday when they came back from vacation and answered some emails for me.

haha, yep 21.5 and 17.5 only so far, perfect
Ok, I will try a power supply at 9V, I had been using a battery.
Thank you much, you always have an answer

Any chance of slapping one on a timing analyzer so we at least know what the timing marks translate to in terms of real timing? Looking to compare to my current TX motors.

So the GForce motor testers are not updateable to the new firmware with more timing measurement and no need for a 9v power supply???

Is the rx3 an updated motor?

Gotcha, that makes sense and works fine. I can just test motors at what they say is zero and see what that is as it will never be over 50. That's all I wanted anyway.
thanks
