Would the Sakura XI rear shock tower be a direct fit for this?

...judging from your pictures it seems like your front wheels are "looking too far outwards". Most people set the front toe (angle between front wheels) to something between 0.5 and 1 degrees outward, thats nearly parallel. On your pictures it looks like your front toe is more like 20 degrees or so. You can adjust that angle using the turnbuckles at your front steering links.
If the front toe is set like at your car, the inner knuckle arm will very soon touch the lower suspension arm, thus limiting the degree of steering.
I hope this was understandable...

Greetings,
Christian

Built per the instructions, the Zero S does have a lot of toe-in. I ran it that way for a few races and i didn't have any issues with steering throw or the lack thereof.

I'm currently working on bringing the toe-in to something that doesn't look that severe. I was at the track when i started this, but i'll throw the car on my setup station and see what kind of numbers i'm at and where i want to go.

With all that toe-in on a VTA ride, i didn't notice any adverse effects. But i suspect i'm scrubbing off a bit of speed even though i'm finishing top 5 and turning some pretty consistent laps.

Go for -1.5 front and -2.5 or 3 at the rear.
This will settle the car down.
Also running 3 degrees toe in at the rear will help.
If you want it even more planted, use the Sakura X1 rear arms.
This will get a really planted rear end

What is the difference between the standard Zero S rear arms and those from the XI?

@Theas1an

Check the location of the ball stud on your steering knuckles. Per the instructions it should be in the hole closest to the rear of the chassis. That may or may not have an effect on your steering.

I've never messed with that adjustment so brighter minds than mine can tell you what effect it will have on steering.

I actually had it set at the one the book said but after I moved it wider it actually gave me more steering angle , very weird I know lol
