Why was that ...due to loosen collar?

Make sure to have more 12x5x4 bearings, the size is not normal to most owners. I know ABEC carries it.

I would say they should rather inform their racers during Miami, or 2 yrs are probably too short to re-engineer an existing reliable platform. Maybe starting today isn't a bad idea

No, dunno why. I suspect the end play problem, the instruction said 0.7~1mm end play. I think its too squeezy inside the clutch bell, the end play shim+big bearing + 1mm shim + small bearing, put all together than cover the clutch bell.

I turn on the engine for the first time yesterday just to see the clutch engagement on the starter box.The engine screws (up an down) started to loosen ..one threw away.I tried them without thread lock but....I think I must use plenty thread lock...

Yes I did, the original spring and optional hard spring both have thread losen problem. E.g, I set the spring tension in 0.7mm, it will become 0.3mm after 1 tank, and affect the 2nd gear shifting.
For the hard even more worse because the length is shorter.
Now i'm using Mugen hard spring, no thread lose problem.

Yes, it's too tight to follow the instruction to have flush the bolt head with the edge. Loosen up a bit and try.
