Hey Chuck,
I am going to see if I can get my hands on a WGT car to run some at home and some of the races to help out the Xray guys who are running it. I did help Monte with his at the IIC and he had hands down the best car in the main but made a small mistake that put him back to 10th and still managed to work his way back up to 4th in the main. It was very good!
If anyone else has any pan car questions feel free to ask them here and I'll help as much as I can.

With the speedo's playing the biggest part in speed now I would have to say that just about any motor will be fast as long as you figure the gearing and timing profiles out for them. Its hard to beat a Duo 1 or 2. The Murfdog motors are pretty good too but you have to learn to tune them because the timing on them is different. It has a ton built into the board and not much on the endbell so they run best at -5 to +10 degrees and go up a little more on the roll out but they are a quality piece.

Xray usually doesnt give the US a firm date believe it or not. RCAmerica usually gets a firm date when they receive the shipping notice that an order has been shipped. I'll almost bet that when its announced on their website "T3'11 now shipping" is when RCAmerica will know for sure. LOL
