But is it all Tamiya Blue? Might go back to the tape then to be safe, not that I've noticed anything with my current set up. Cheers

Can someone explain the benefit of the new shocks that comes with the V5 as compare to the regular TRFs.

The aeration shocks are supposed to generate better traction in low grip track conditions compared to the regular shocks. The downside is they don't stay consistent for as many runs so do require more frequent rebuild/refreshes.

Is the V5 manual available anywhere yet? It's a bit hard to say what the shocks will be like without seeing how they are built

Default TRF417 with 13.5T motor

Can any one give me a suggestion on gearing for 417 using 13.5T please?
What size of pinion and spur gear should I use on an asphalt track outdoor.
Thanks.
