This discussion interest me, why would you set your toe using the suspension mount instead of using your steering linkage? What is your final toe on the front of the car?
I was planning to set mine up with the following:
front toe +2
front camber -1.5
2 holes damper with soft oil and medium spring
rear toe -4
rear camber -1.5
3 holes damper with soft oil and soft spring
The track I race in is medium size track in Adelaide, half technical half speed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As Phil mentioned, toe angle and inboard toe are different things
Others might come up with better explanations, but with regard to sweep, have a careful read of this. Toe and sweep are related, but distinct tuning options. I can't say I understand them, but guys like Craig are consistently fast, so I tend to listen to them.

Run 1 deg toe out, C/B + XA/E blocks (inboard split), 3 hole pistons front and rear, 450 oil front rear, HPI silver front and rear, camber 1.5/2, and then go talk to Ant C for the rest of the setup

Thanks Phil. Some of those experimental setups are a bit mongo, I'll post a couple new ones soon but TBH you really can't go wrong with Marc and Viktors RROC setups for most med bite tracks.

SWB vs LWB. LWB normally may tend produce understeer. SWB may tend to produce oversteer. However, this can be corrected with other tweaks.
There is always arguments which setup is better... there are pros and cons on both setup. Please correct me here... in F1, Ferarri tend to have LWB cars, and Red bull is a SWB car. From their result, there's no absolute winner. Some setup suit some track while some suit others.

just wondering if i can use 417 parts for my 416?,are they identical when it comes to parts? i find it hard to get parts for my 416..thanks..

The suspension parts are the same, but the big stuff (bulkheads, chassis, etc) are different. Have you tried:
