Questions?? Diff Rings Shattering

I've been having trouble recently with the ball diff in my Evader ST. I have done the B2 diff mod, so it has the B2 diff gear, B2 diff rings, proper sized bearings, carbide diff balls, and carbide thrust balls. My problem is that after every 5 or so runs, the diff rings shatter. I have tried several settings of tightness from very tight to moderately loose (if I set it too loose it slips under brushless power).

What can I do to to stop this from happening? Is there a stronger diff plate available that I haven't been able to find?
