How Much Weight
I'm new to Lipo's, and wondering how much weight should I add to my batteries? I weight them and the difference was 166g and I have not seen anyone add that much weight to there chassis or batteries.

Add as much as you need to get the chassis balanced left/right and front/back. You shouldn't need to add anything near 166g I wouldn't have thought.

You need to check the car using scales or balance plates.
If you mount the lipo in the same place as the NiMhs, and put the lead in the centre of battery, you would need the full 160g.
However you should mount the lipo as close to the edge of the chassis as you can, and put all of the lead right on the outside of the battery, which will mean a lot less lead is needed.

to get a rough idea, get some fishing line, attach to the middle of the shock tower front and rear then slowly pull the car up with it.
If it tilts more to one side you know that side is heavier, so either remove weight from that side or add more to the other side.

Thanks, I added 54g on the side of the battery car handled fine.
