When you drill the screw out use some type of fixture to hold it, and use a drill press or a mill.. If you do not have this find a small machine shop, they won't charge you much to drill it, and extract the rest of the screw.. If you try to drill it by hand you will completely destroy the threads.. NO ONE HAS A HAND STEADY ENOUGH!!!
