According to the hudy set up guide more anti-squat does the following:
Increases rear traction on power
Decreases rear traction off power
Better for smooth high grip tracks

In my losi buggy I run 3 antisquat.

You are refering to that toe block on the rear, but running 0 or 1 on there only adds to what you have set on the front block on the rear, lets say you have the front anti squat on the rear on the middle hole, that's 2 degree's a.s. , if you run the rear toe block with +1 anti squat then you'll end up with 3 degree anti squat.
