Saturday's racing - Oct. 16th 2004
The weather has been good this week with some morning fog then early afternoon sunshine....That is what I'll hope for on Saturday. Check here and the website (www.eslroc.com) for more info. on raceday.

Banquet/Racing
Banquet Friday, Racing Saturday if the weather will let us, which, I might add does not look promising. We'll give it a try like always. I will post here Saturday morning to let any interested know if we are racing/practicing. Only two more tries left until next year when we start it all over again.
Clear skies, wet track area. It is so cold out that it won't dry up. I'll be over there to see if it will dry up if anyone wants to come over.

October 30th 2004
With the current weather conditions in the area, we will go ahead and cancel today's final event of 2004. A great season of racing is now history as we look forward to 2005. This will be ESLROC's 5th anniversary of racing in the Northwest!! Thank you to all those who contributed to such a fun and exciting year of races in 2005!! Everyone have a happy holiday season and we'll see you all next year!!

The Fans United for NASCAR Open
The ESLROC Silver Cup Series, Everett Scale Raceway & Broadway Hobbies are proud to present this race with special guest and NASCAR Star Kasey Kahne in the Everett Events Center on December 27th 2004. Kasey Kahne will be here with his Evernham Motorsports #9 Dodge and will participate in the Oval race. There are more details to be worked out and I will post here and on www.eslroc.com when more is ironed out.

Series Updates
January 8th 2005 we will attempt to make our first pre-season race if the rain will stay away yet, it may be pretty cold.
January 15th 2005 we will have a series meeting to discuss the events of this coming season. Let me know if you can make it to the race or the meeting. If enough people can make the meeting, I will go ahead and reserve the banquet room at Alphy's.

Snow Blower
Well, This is an expected first!!! NO racing due to snow....
I have certainly called it for rain and for a Hail storm, but never for snow. Hopefully some of you will be able to make the meeting at Aplhy's Pizza next Saturday.
