Default Kyosho DST newbie :)

Hello,

I just bought a ktosho DST off road nitro buggy, i have a high end competition electric on road car ( HB cyclone ) but i thought i would buy a off roader just for fun and bashing, anyway, i bought the kyosho DST and i wantedd to have some of you people's advide.
Is it a good buggy for fun/bashing in the park or skatepark ? Is it durable ?
Can be be competitive as in changing some setup and .......
Last question : the motor that came with it is a GXR18, i was wondering if anyone had any experience with it so they could tell me how did they set it up so its not too rich or too lean ( i.e how many turn did u do for the high-speed valve ..... )

Thank you in advance, its much appreciated if someone could help me out

You did good! The DST /DBX cars are pretty tough, and thanks to the center diff, great to drive. I love mine, it's a blast to drive. I race 1/8 scale buggies and never found anything that was as fun, cept the DBX.

Haha, thanks for the nice answer , for once i did not make a mistake in rc racing, it made me happy, anyway, i was wondering if i could race with it a a local track ? Does it fit into 1/10th or 1/8th ? And how does it compare to the hot bodies lightning stadium ?
Also, can you tell me how you set your motor ( GXR18 ) please and tell me if you have broken any parts ?
Btw how often should i rebuild it ( diff, shocks .... ) ?
Last question =D lol , what setup you using on it ( camber , toe, shocks position ..... ) ?

Thank you very much for the help
