The Ferrari is an RTR.
All RC RTRs I know of have come with tyres.
But when we last looked at a 1:1 kit car... BYO tyres too.
Some of them even BYO engine & drivetrain.

People who haven't had any success with CS27s.
People who have a whole box full of the perfect tires for their track and don't want to pay an additional $20-$30 for the kit to include tires.

included cs27 in the kit? not for me i can't use it it will overheated after 1 minute, to me useless so better not included save 20-30 for other things
