Going into electrics, looking for alternatives ...
Hi guy,
Im looking forward to electrics in a Cheap way (but with qualit) and want to know your opinion about this ...
Im thinking in order a MR4TC Yokomo Euro Truck RTR and put a 19T motor and touring body to run on a 19T electric touring class over here (Brazil) ... it a new category here (the main its STOCK 27 turns) ...

Tabushi,
If all you want to do is run the car and not worry about cutting comms, and changeing brushed, look into brushless. I too have spent most of my RC time in Nitro. i dont know anything about comms, brushes, timing, so I run brusheless. no worries, just racing and practice, lots of it. Look into it.

If you are looking to get cheap, get the Trinity T-spec car. Tower has them for $130ish and it comes with body, tires, motor, and battery pack. You still have to build it, buy charger and more batteries for racing, and a radio system and ESC. It's one of the cheapest ways into electric touring. Only problem is there are no hop up for the car sinse it is a spec car. The MR4TC is a great car but very outdated. If you really want to stick Yok get the SD CGM. It's well worth the money and its race proven.

Unfortunely not any time soon and will miss out on good year here in Memphis. Glad to hear your stuff is on it's way but I hate it when my chassis flexes...haha
