glow plug either too cold or going bad. trx 3232 is a good one if you are good at tuning 3230 if you are still working on it.

set the idle gap at 1mm high speed needle 4 turns out low speed needle 1.25 to 1.5 turns out. this was a good race tune when i was running them stock settings are 4.5 out on top and 1.5 out on bottom. if at either of these the engine rpms are too high at idle then the gap is too large *or* there is an air leak going on

try the tuning thing out before you blow more money on plugs just to be on the safe side. it sucks spending money.
