I have to say its good to see that Losi's color sceme for the aluminum parts on the XXX-S won't be blue or purple!

I think we can all agree that red is a refreshing change! It looks good.

Mike: don't laugh it off. Your right! I love to see the T/E-Maxx chassis with Red, Green, Orange or Natural anodizing. Its great. The Losi red parts stand out better than blue and purple, but still look good. Green or Natural silver would have been to good though! People would have wanted to put so much on that the car would have weighed a ton!

The parts are from Trinity, not Losi. They are the new Matt Francis line of aluminum parts.

Maybe both schemes will be available kinwald version&Francis version...... I dont mind red, but blue is nicer on the eyes and it wont look like some duratrax T-Maxx conversion....

Wolverine: Don't worry, I bet Losi will have a blue Kinwald addition soon. Even though he has never won CRAP with a sedan. It will blue from front to back just like all the other blue and purple cars around. Whats the word I'm looking for here ummmm, yeah thats right! BORING!!!

I guess some people can't stand the idea of trying something different. "It should be blue" Um, ok, why???

All props to Trinity for throwing some variety out there for the people who don't want their anodized parts to look just like every other cars!

I e-mailed Todd Hodge about coming out with different colors for the XXX-S aluminum parts, I suggested Orange, Green, Yellow, and Gold. He said "Your kidding right ". I also inquired if they are going to package all the Graphite Parts into a Combo package and maybe offer the Threaded Shocks with it and he said that they have no plans at this time to offer a package deal. That is too bad.

Mike: I guess blue it is! I guess its the same thing as people not being bothered by showing up at the track and seeing thirty other people with a car just like theirs. Some people just like to do what everybody else is doing. I thought with Losi coming out with such a new and different car, that they might move away from this "must be blue" idea and try something different. O'well.

But from the responses by some on this thread, concerning the Trinity red parts, I guess Losi is just giving people what they want. More blue!

I am sick of Blue. No offense to anyone that like it but it is bland with the Black Chassis. I guess for me it might be red. I think I will buy the motor stuff and the aluminum hingpin baraces.

I agree... bring on the red!! Purple is to HPI - ish, Blue is too AE - ish.... and way overused...

Red will stand out against the black chassis, and i wouldn't mind getting some goodies
