You definately need to get that motor modified. It's pretty decent, but as always if someone is about your level of skill and has a faster motor they will leave you behind.

hey guys
i just wante dto ask how we can free up the drive train on the mrx4
ive replaced some of the bearings with metal shield and its getting better but it feels so tight still especially with the new rear belt.
i also have a click sound sound every half rear wheel rotation what could this be?

Now you just have to figure out which one is worn. It could be the pulley or hub. If a new pulley is tight on the hub then you are all set. If a new pulley is loose, then you need a hub.
In a pinch I've wrapped teflon or electrical tape on the hub before I put the pulley back on.

If the belt is already installed, try to sand it while it is in the car.... should be possible when wheels are spinning on your starterbox......

Hey guys,could you please tell me if this car is an MRX-3 OR an MRX-4?I'm new in 1/8 scale ,so i need your help.What are the differences between the two cars and how did you understand if this is the one car or the other?
