Why on earth would put the motor on the left? I hope its not just to look different?
:tip:
Find out y Tamiya switched the motor from the left to the right on the evo

That was not spam, he is just asking what are the benefits of mounting the motor on the left side.

using the rear to does require getting the ball stud shimmed right... the car is going to come with both standofss for the bac, so that it is the right angle, or close to the right angle... when i had the standoffs on i used a standoff measurement of a car using legal chassis height..that is what size i used
I race pan cars (oval) ... when we set up our servo's we always had to dial out bump steer... when i ran it on mine i did NOT notice bump steer in the rear.... if it is done right just like anything else it will work...
Im not asking anyone to leave there warpspeed , but when someone in your area starts running the freedom u will get to see...u cant truelly knock a chassis if u have never run it..
i have run the warpseed chassis. the BMI, the IRS and more.. they did not fill my thirst for performance.... that is why i chose to run this chassis... it has a number of different options than other kits offered.. and for me at least , the car has made a improvement in my driving, and setup ease
people can make all of the assumptions they want but untill u see it and, or try it the truth will never be known to you...

why odes it matter what side u put the motor on...ive run it on both sides and have not noticed a differnce.... if your 4 wheel chassis weight is right it should not matter what side the motor is on...all it is in the equasion is weight on whatever side it is on..
i tried both sides, and at least in my tests there is not a single difference..
people can argue it al day long, but it is a preference...
tamiya changed the motor to the right side because they came out with a new car.... ive never seen anything posted on it saying it works better for doing this.. but i may be wrong..

thats fine your entitled to your opinion.. even though it has a toatally different shape, and every cell is in a different place, i still dont get how u guys can say that
the outline of this chassis is wider then a stock tc3... it has less flex then the warpspeed which is thinned out more... he only simalarity is the motor is on the same side.. other wise there is not a single thing the same...nothing
even if u think it is a warpspeed then look at it as a warpspeed with more a beter features...
u guys know for a fact if warpspeed made a chassis just like this u guys would be all up on it... u just dont like the fact that it is being done by someone outside the warpspeed ring...
every grafite chassis conversion is in some way a knock off from the original irs chassis...but i did my reaserch.. this conversion has more options then any other one out..
and the final production version has even more...

for all who think this looks like a demon take a look at the link priovided... it has pics of both and side notes to point out some things...
i just noticed by the way
i put a demon chassis on a stock tub tc3 chassis and it is an exact match.. all outlines are the same... but when i put mine agianst the stock tub... it was different...
so since the freedom is a demon knock off then the demon must be a stock tc3 knock off???? .. u should look at things more closely before u make claims or judjments..if u still cant see the differences then your comment is 100% biased because u either have some claims to warpspeed. or u just like being that way...
check out the link.. it shows more upclose pics so u can really see it is different...
