This is a selfmade 190mm body.
It is made of a Yokomo 200 mm body cut in half, narrowed 10 mm and a center piece (cockpit, ingine compartiment) from a Tamiya FW14 Williams F1 body.

a 200 lola will look strange with the wheels inside, ull have to get spacers and offset rims

We do not make this body in 190mm because it causes too much downforce and subsequent drag which flattens off the batteries too soon. The fastest body we make in electric is the FR25NW Porsche 911GT1, but it is 200mm.? In South Africa where there are no rules regarding bodys, they use this all the time.
