I was guessing. The thing about the evo is its a great car.The problem though, the motor mounts are weak. They need to be re-designed.

It appears Josh has alot of eggs in alot of baskets. Dont hold your breath on a replacement part anytime soon(not an insult Josh).

With a narrower lipo chassis and updated motor mount and this car is UNBEATABLE in the right hands

I loved both my evo's right up until I sold them. With no remedy, no use keeping them and popping belts everytime a wall is hit(Josh- our walls are SOLID)

Once the mount is bent, bending it back will work till you hit a wall again.

Hey Guys,

After searching around for a considerable amount of time waiting on info/quotes from various companies, we are not going to be able to re-work the motor/mount plates that were bending. The cost is fairly high but also some of the specialized treatments need the black oxide removed so again, more work/cost into getting these done.

We've further reduced the price on the www.cefxspeedshop.net site for these items (if someone wants quick fixes for their cars). We are also getting a new batch made but that will take a bit to get them in stock. The shape will be changed to a much stronger one. Also, since the various organizations have been lowering the weight limits we are going to change these items over to aluminum. As soon as these are in stock, we will post the news.

Is that an L4 front end on the WGT? Also, does the Griffin 10 WGT conversion need a rear axle?

Go back to page 1 and start reading. It covers your issue thoroughly in this thread.

Big mistake. Evo's are dialed. Give Josh a few more days. The new part will be released.

Kinda made me laugh- as if going back to a photon is some sort of threat sorry, thats just funny
