Overstock, new car in the works, competition from other brands, and possibly the fact that is was overpriced to begin with. And, it's tax time here in the States.
Oh, and look at when the 2nd gen cars came out, the 1st gen was discounted at nearly 1/2 price.

shame to think they have a new car in the works. the current car is so very good and mechanic-friendly. right now its also kickin butt over at the big neo race in the UK. truhe, bayer, drake, yannick, etc all up at the top of the sheets.
i dont particularly like nitro, but havin run 1 last yr for fun, i'll never speak ill of the 2.0. good stuff.
perhaps losi should throttle back on a 2.1 or 3.0, and have a look at making some $ off retiring the XXX lineage and taking the next step.
