Default car battery question.

Hey everyone. I recently got a new charger for for all batteries, its a team orion clubman. Now all i was wondering is how much i should discharge my var battery at. 1.0 amps... 1.2amp... idk. The battery is an orion 5 cell 1600. I charge it at 1.2 amps. So should I discharge it at that. I have been doing it at 1.0amp.

Default sure

NiMh batteries are strange batteries. I do believe it helps like the last guy said to do it from time to time, every other month or so, but you could discharge it at 2 amps. Sometimes if the batteries are old then it actually makes the voltage drop, mostly in radio controler AA's though. reciever batteries don't mind it at all. I've found the voltage got better over time in the 1600 reciever batteries with few full discharges, especially if you let them sit for a month without racing, they drain anyway.
