Default Mazda 6 200mm vs Alfa 2.1

Looking for opinions. I have heard contradicting views on these bodies. I did back to back testing with these today and found:

Mazda6 - Balanced and fairly neutral.
Alfa 2.1 - Better steering and stability than the Mazda6

Any opinions?

How about throwing the Protoform Stratus 2.1 into the equation for comparison? I would be interested to know too.

Default Protoforum Bodies

Stratus 2.1 -good front to rear balance body (good large-medium track body)

Alfa 2.1 –plenty of on-power steering and good rear-end downforce not enough off-power steering (good large sweeping track body)

Mazda6 –very balance body with good steering off/on power
(good small to large track body)

IMO

If you like the Protoform Alfa Romeo, try the Team Losi version. It's better in my opinion. More responsive to steering input.

I agree with this also. The Mazda6 felt very similar to the Stratus. The Stratus felt a tad faster in straight line speed. I have not tried the Alfa yet.

See I disagree with the Alfa 2.1 not having off power steering. On my R40 it was better than my Mazda 6 back to back.......

Yup,
The Losi Alfa seems to have more steering then the Protoform Alfa.

I would except bodies will very between cars.
However, some of the neutral bodies will probably be the same on any car!!

Serpents

It seems alot of NTC3 and Mugen racers like the Alfa 2.1 over Stratus or a neutral body. Also it might be a drivers style of preference.

Yep sure did, but not cut or painted yet. Been concentrating on tire testing. Should be getting a set of Mono Tuning tires soon.
