Not yet. It has been raining a ton and I have had family obligations this weekend. I hope to soon. I need to take out the washers in the rear hubs or put longer screws in there before I run it. I have heard a few stories about the kit setup so far and do not want to risk it. Longer screws or no washers should solve that issue.

Aaron-- Have you noticed that the right rear arm hits the spur at full shock compression? I had to file some of the arm away. I know this should not be a real big issue but I do not want the spur to get chewed up on those hard landings.

It comes with red directionals because that is what we run basically everywhere.

Casper - I haven't seen that yet, but I haven't put my production kit together either.

Hi Aaron-I am running red Taper Pins on my truck and since I went from stock to mod I have been wearing them out awfully fast. They start going away when as soon as the pins loose their sharp edges. We race on hard packed black dirt-no clay.Is there a basic rule or formula you use to determine what compound to use after you find the right tire? The chart on the Losi site is a little vague.I know it comes down to going to my track and trying them all out but tire testing can be expensive! Thanks.

More power is going to wear out the tires, that's all there is to it. Really..the only reference you have as to which compound is correct is what works the best, regardless of what car or class you're running.

I have checked this on my truck, MT (from socal) and Ryan's truck and they all rub to some extent. Mine was the worse though. It is something to look at when you build yours. Not a huge issue but a little filing may be in order.

Are there other bodies that fit the XXX-BK2 series than the single one produced by Losi?

What about the XXXT-MF2? My truck body has taken a tremendous beating and only strapping tape is keeping it together.

I was searching for a different look to both my BK2 and MF2.

Thanks.

Check out www.jconcepts.com for some cool bodies. Jason Ruona and Jim Myers are responsible for some of Losi's bodies..they make good stuff. Their Illuzion line of bodies is dope.

I run the stock MF2 and AD2 bodies on my trucks. The MF2 body just works better than any of the other bodies I have run; it is much more stable and speed and easier to drive in modified. The new AD2 body isn't nearly as exotic as the MF2's J-Lo body, but it is very neutral and gets the job done nicely .

Casper - I'll check on it..thanks!

Adam said he knows about the arm rub thing and said it should not be a problem but I filed down the arm regardless.

The original XXX and XXX-T bodies all fit these cars also. I still run the Phobia body on my Bk2. I just like the styling better. I am going to try the illusion body next. It looks sweet. I need to get out to Titus to get one though as they are the only ones I know around here that carry them.

Hey Aaron,
I've been trying to get ahold of Trinity about warranty and they won't respond. I have followed their direction at their website. 5 emails over the last 30 days and nothing. Any ideas?
