Well, its a little closer to $1200 with the Motor Master and Shipping, most of it I had to get in China, cause it hasnt got here yet, like the Andy Moore D2, MM, and Tire Warmers, I tried to perchase everything at once to save on shipping but it still is expensive

Relatively messy hobby area for myself, but the truck is being gone through for the summer season (waiting for a matching body that is on my tc also) and the tc is apart from last sunday at rnd racepark in rochester ny.

This is what happens when you try to keep up with the Carey's and their gang.

You do generally get what you pay for, but when all you can pay for is the cheaper stuff, thats what happens.

not going to get into a brand-war, but as my siggy says im still running a tc3 because im newer to tc, but thats beside the point, and because i can't afford to get an rdx and keep replacement parts. might have to look into the tc5 tho after its been out and some are on here for $275...hah.

Nothing wrong with the TC3. In fact, i believe the guy who TQ'd in stock rubber at the Novak race was running a TC3. There's no question that the TC3 was and still is an awesume car. The only reason why i'm running a TC4 is cause i'm waiting to get ahold of a TC5. There's no need to spend the kind of money that people do on the X-Ray car or the RDX. I mean, those things cost almost as much as my 1/8th scale buggy does. That's rediculous. And as far as the T4 goes, and the Jammin for that matter, still two of the best cars in thier class on the market right now. In fact, when X-RC Cars did thier 1/8th scale comparison between 6 different buggies last year, the Jammin came in a CLOSE second to the Kyosho SP2, which cost $200 more then the Jammin, and it beat out the Thunder Tiger AND X-ray car, and the XB8 was nearly $900 new, vs the jammin was only about $550.

AGREED!!! Im still running my tc3 for most of the summer since the track here in rochester lets everyone race all summer on the carpet road course and oval. Then when the end of summer comes around and offroad starts to slow down I want to try and get a TC5 too, I love the quality of associated's equipment. I can't want to swap out my electrics from my tc3 again to the t4 to race offroad at the track they are putting in here in rochester, INDOOR OFFROAD W/ A HUGE DIRT OVAL (Clay track too)
