Hey,

I was wondering if people can post pictures or explain some mods you have done to your OFNA Blue Top starter boxes. I just bought one of these and was wondering what people have done to make this starter box even better. I have seen the one where instead of using pegs they use a piece of metal that fits into the flywheel hole in the chassis so you can use it for both buggy and truggy, etc. So if someone can explain that mod it would be great as well as some others that would be great.

I dont think I would call it a mod but i shrink wrapped all the wires in it. Kept having a problem pulling outa the connectors.

I just moved the wheel to the center of the box, changed the wiring, and added a lipo. It's the ultimate box now.

what lipo and how much is it to switch and what kind of charger do u use for a lipo???

I know I have put it on here before but you asked. I modded the top to accept the Losi 8 hardware so it will start the buggy and truggy with just a flip and a push. It has a 4s lipo (losi) and deans wet noodle throughout. It has performed flawlessly for almost a year now.
