How much will the .21 onroad mod motor cost? The same as the jp r9s?

I am bringing this thread back from the dead. What's the word with these engines? I have seen they are being used in Europe and South America with some success. Why didn't they pick up in US? Performance? Price? Please share your experience.

I tried a 12 Gimar recently and I liked it a lot. I have a contact who can get them so I will be trying a 21 soon.
