Not my cup of tea, but my son loves them. He has the HPI E10 Drift right now, and has about worn it out. I looked at the HPI Racing Sprint 2 Flux RTR w/Ford Mustang GT-R as a possible upgrade/replacement. After a little research, I found several negative opinions about it in regard to wearing out pretty fast. Seems the drive train isn't up to the brushless strain.

Any recommendations will be appreciated.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the Sprint even though it can drift well and has a good amount of option parts for it. I heard that the rear belts can get chewed up if it is driven in a rocky or very dirty area.

My suggestion would be a TT01D. The TT is built tough and it will last a long time. It's a pretty easy build, lots of option parts, and has a good price for it.

Thanks, good point about the rocks and debris. His is usually full of little gravel....ect...after he runs it.

Which TT01 kit comes with bearings and oil filled shocks?? I have motors, esc's, radios.

Tamiya TB03D is another good option.

TT-01D comes with full ball bearings and oil filled shocks.Also you get a very nice drift engine Sports Tuned (great for drift in my opinion,I am pretty happy with it) and good tyres

Yup, that's a good kit to drift with. Everything you need is in that kit (besides a servo).
