Great job Eddie. Sounds like your ready to move to mod!!!

We've been running the G-10pro+ and the G-10+ 4-wire hard on the carpet this winter in 12th scale and touring cars. Mostly mod, but starting to play with stock. For mod they can be so smooth, but now I'm finding for stock they can cranked up for wild rip out of the corners!!!

Not sure how many of the G-10+ models are left at Tekin but I sure like it in my touring car. I was told when the current inventory of those are gone there will be no more.

take care
john

Shane - Thanks man. It was a great event.

JohnB - Yeah all mod from now on man. Well except at the Stock Nats. I LOVE the G10 Pro+ its AWESOME. The do RIP in stock. Im not one of the guys concerned with it being a littel bigger either. I will GREATLY sacrifice a little space for a speedo that I can rely on you know.

You right, the size is not a problem in any car, heck it's smaller than the others when you have to run the extra cap so they don't blow up. I'd rather have all the internal components strong enough to handle the loads than a bandaid added on the outside

Now, if I could figure out a way to make the Scorpian 18th scale brushless fit in my 12th scale!!!! They had one at our track. That thing was faster than my touring car with 10 turn mod in it!!!!

LoL !!!....WOW !!!...Thats pretty damn fast. Yeah I TOTALLY agree with you on the size and the internal versus external cap issue. I mean the G10 is the same size with the Orange brand with the external cap. Im like you, I would rather have it inside.

I was saving for a crazy $200++ Esc, bought an origional G10 as a backup off ebay and it found itself as my primary esc. Liked it so much that I got a G10pro+. What can I say Tekin has been good for me in getting me to the finish line 1st.

Jeffrey - Glad to hear you are using the G10 Pro+. It is an AWESOME speedo, and very well priced. I hope TEKIN keeps getting you to the front. Good luck.

So EG -

I race offroad Sprts Stock at SoCal and am using v7.1's. It's time for more punch but still want the smoothness. Is the PRO+ the answer? My batts are great....I know you are a "Tekin" but can you compare it to the GTX and or GT7 and QC2?

Thanks

I haven't ran the GTX but have run the GT-7 and LRP's. I'll take Tekin G-10 series any time. You will love the punch and also how easy it is to program and change any settings. You can just look through the window of the car, punch a couple buttons and change anything. No tools required.

take care
john

nutfluff - Yes I agree with Tres...I have run the others before and I say in my own opinion it has the most rip coming out of the corners and is the smoothest speedo I have used.
