Thanks for the reply! If you did build a track, would you have electrical outlets, lap counting system or any other important things that come along with racing? I know of about 12-15 people that would travel if the setup was adequate......post some pics and specs if /when it happens. Good Luck.....

Yea I also am interested as long as the price is right I know about 8 people in the Potown area that would be interested in helping to build, maintain the track and of course race as long as cooperation is implied. thanks keep us posted..is it spring yet?

Hey Stan,

Nope, been closed for a few years now. They race inside the store. it is about half as big as Willis was.

Barnstormers is full of elitist asses, and rchr in Waterford has a less then appeasing crowd (to be polite) .

I beg to differ What did you not like about RCHR?

It is good to see someone step up and offer their land. Rich had a great track but the landlord shut him down. it would be nice not to drive two hours to race offroad. I would help with the drivers stand if you do one.

I am sorry for your misfortune that occurrd at RCHR, but unfortunately with stuff gone missing there is nothing a track owner can do. There are personal risks to racing, one of them is theft. I myself have gobs of stuff when I go racing anywhere, and never had a problem. As for the marshal, I agree there is no call for what transpired, which is not a normal occurance. I like to think of the track as a nice family environent, I even bring my two kids to race, as well as other parents do. They also built a brand new outdoor track, first week of racing on it this Saturday.
