he looks alot like that 300 pound rooster i saw at the timezone gran prix last year at 3:30 a.m cah! cah!

There are a few reasons why they may not allow this.

1st: IF there is a waiting list, a no-show spot would go to the guy on the list.

2nd: IF they let you sell your entry to somebody else, then they lose the money from the guy that purchased your entry.

3rd: IF they let you sell entries then somebody could buy a bunch of entries, and resell them at a profit if the race were to sell out (like ticket scalping).

I would definitely check with Roar before you sell your entry to some guy and he finds out he can't use it.
