My diff gear wobbles in the outdrives slightly if you try to move it, no problem with that.
should that sharper edge, face the thrust washer or face the 5x8x2.5mm bearing?

I have never pop those Losi white ball cups, hope this can help.
What part# did you use for the rear Lunsford turnbuckle? #1062?

I picked my kit up at the FLGS yesterday, built a fair bit today (still need to do shocks and turnbuckles). A single colour spray bomb and I should be able to race at the season opener this weekend
I put the velcro on the long flat part of the side pods. That said, a marshall grabbed Cush's car by the body and pulled it off during a race, costing him a lot of time. After that I put pins back in it. I used CA to secure the rear body post as I did not have time to pull the rear of the car apart to install the screw at the time.

No. The diff should be solid.

do i need to shim it more, i have the 0.2 shim in there now, but maybe I should add more?

when looking down into the female outdrive, on the ball bearing side, should the 'prongs' of the snap ring be visible beneath the ball bearing? I'm wondering if those prongs are preventing the male outdrive from completely being seated into the female outdrive.

Not likely. The male outdrive won't go that deep. It goes deep enough to settle into the next bearing.

Make sure your diff rings didn't come off the outdrives. A little diff grease will help hold them in place.

the sharper edge should face away from the thrust washer

Brandon, how is the rear traction on the 210 vs your other RB5, B4 and 22?? I run loose tracks, but most of you guys run clay high traction tracks. Just wondering from someone who has owned them.

The Dex has better rear tire/forward traction than any of the other buggies I have owned and raced, by a noticeable margin. If you fight tire spin, i.e. rear forward traction is scarce, the Dex is THEE buggy for you. build it in 4 gear/rear motor (RM4), and you will be amazed.
