I watched the vid before assembly, didnt notice anything out of the norm. Didnt have any issues with the snap right, just the spring/t-nut initially. Never built a diff that had so much initial bite but so much more room for adjustment. After initial feel of pressure on the diff, it took another 5 to 10 full turns to get the bite I was after.

What is a mid motor conversion designed to do as far as handling, and what kind of tracks dose it work best for. Also what are pros and cons with running the rear moter setup or the mid moter set up.
Thanks John.

I think some don't understand that you can't just swap the motor position and expect it to work. Mid motor requires a completely different setup in order to maximize weight transfer.

Do one of these:
I have yet to test it but you get a fair bit more weight to the rear

anyone else besides me have problems getting all the wiring tucked away on a MM setup? I cannot run a fan on my ESC because it pushes the body up on that side, and just the wires push it up a little (cured with velcro on the sides of the chassis)

Depends on what esc and body you are using. I have managed to get in most escs with a change in wire position
THere are low profile fans (7mm) you can get if that helps

Seem to be a lot of mixed reviews on the RDRP plate. I got cold feet and decided to stick with the Durango aluminum plate.

What speedo do you have? I would think putting it on the other side would lead to cleaner wiring. I guess it just really depends on the angle that's created.
