my name is nik i just bought savage xl and when i am trying to start the egine for first time with the rotostart system and the starter shaft broke inside the engine .what i have to do now ? i have to open the engine or buy a knew starter shaft and start the engine.if someone knows about it thanks

Are you talking about the shaft from the rotostart to the back plate on the engine? Or inside the engine?

sorry about my english its not to good , well i put the shaft from the rotostart to the to the back plate as you say when i press the rotostart to start the engine broke inside there
