Need info. I have a Mission Pro. It has the steel universals in the back and I just put the TIR Worlds CVDs on the front. My Question is what are the Advantages/Disadvantages to putting the TIR CVD's at all 4 corners.

Thanks.

I havent ran the worlds on the mission but on the mi2 they seem to be more resiliant than the other materials. I've ran all the other materials and they all seem to twist depending on how much poney's you have. THe worlds dont seem to do that,. I've had the same set of worlds on my car for about three chasis and they are still going strong. THe ony problem i have from time to time is that the ball on the axle would snap off if you get a good hit, but even then you can order just the axle and keep going.

R

Keep the worlds in front and whatever else in the back especially if your running a spool.

Isn't TQ hobbies spraying the track on Wed. nights? Its been a few weeks since I went there but they were doing it on a regular basis (at least before winter hit).
I heard that there were a few people that went out there on Wednesday nights but i wasnt sure if they were spraying the track. SUcky part is that i have class that same nighnt so i wouldnt be able to make it either way. at least not until the new year when i'm done. BUt i'll check it out.

It will be here soon, I know I can't wait to get mine either, but I look at it this way, I'd rather wait an extra week for Schumacher to get it right.

Hey guys,

I used to run a Mission, but had to quit R/C a couple of years ago when I moved overseas. Time has come, and I want to race again with an Mi2EC. I think it's looking great, and for some reason the gold spring collars look ace. A touch of class.

Anyway, I need to figure out. I've read back in the forum as much as can stand for now... So, what is the story on current battery sizes? Can I run 3300's in the EC? Are the cells to small to fit well? are 3700-3800's bigger in diameter or length?

And what is the story on the front shock tower? It looks so high that it would restrict body choice. Is this the case? Is there any possibility of running GT bodies on the car? My original Mission was boarderline for front shock tower hight. How do they compare?

Cheers, Chris.

Hey Guys...anyone know the status of the "new" schumacher shocks? I've read posts on this board talking about how nice they are going to be, but was wondering if they would be as good or better than the Tamiya shocks...

Any input??

Thanks...Mark

No. The Xray Chassis will not fit an MI2. Sorry.

The EC will be able to fit all the cells out currently. The Chassis is cut to fit the 3700/3800 cells. The 3300's will fit just fine in those slots.

I believe the stock front tower on the Mi2 did restrict. That's why we all run either the BMI towers or the Teemu towers. They're lower and all the most common TC bodies fit with no problem.
