Yes they are plastic, except for the one that broke and I am trying to replace with a metal dog bone. I can't get the grub screw out so I can fix it.

I was going to clean and grease the other 3 while I'm at it.

Hi seaball,

The EC only has only one pulley size and the internal is 1.8:1, which you can see on page 28 of the EC instruction manual here.

OK, I'm an idiot. On the opposite side of the shaft the grub screw was filled up with dirt and I didn't see it.

I'm all set now.

Seaball, when you mentioned it is "20T", is that something different then the typical Mi2EC..? All my Mi2EC were 20T center pully (U3010) and in that case, the internal is 1.8 same as Mi3 and Mi3.5.

Internal is as everyone has said 1.8.
The Mi2 had an option of putting a 17t pulley and giving you a larger ratio.
Not an option on the EC because the pulley system changed(front and back belts unite at this point).
The Mi2 you took the pulley support and reversed it, the length away from the back diff would change, therefore the geometry of the pulley changed.

Hope that helps, and clears anything up....
