4 chassis replacements I believe that. I have seen the pics of chassis after a few runs, and the track is so rough that the chassis's looks like someone took a grinder to them, or grabbed the buggy by there hands and compressed the suspension to the point of chassis dragging and grinding the chassis into blacktop/concrete by hands till the chassis was worn thin, needing replacement.

True enough, they have been in testing for a few months. The point I was trying to convey is that once you see pre-production pics of a car like we did in spring, that's usually what you'll get in the box, regardless of whether it's the best setup possible or not.
Just the fact that they were willing to postpone the release for months, depriving themselves of sales and revenue while they tested and tweaked little details is worthy of mention.

That's something i like about TD, they're really "serious about racing" and not so focused on sales, they're always improving things.
I know a lot of people who just want the car NOW and they get all pissed off, they don't realize this is what will make it such a great car.

I realize that Team Durango needs to produce two vehicles which have been announced and not yet shipped (DNX408 & DEX408) but has there been any talk about an 1/8th scale truggy? Considering switching to the 408 platform for next year's racing season but I really like the cross compatibility of running the same MFG's buggy and truggy....
