Best Lipo Balancer
Hi Guys,
I use an Ice charger to charge my lipos. However, I am needing a lipo balancer to balance my batteries. What lipo balancer does everyone recommend?
Here are two that I found, but I have no idea if these are any good.

I use this balancer:

The balancer in the first link you posted charges through the balance port and only allows you to charge at 3amp max. That can take a long time if you're using anything over a 3000mah pack. The second link you posted allows you to charge at up to 6 amps, which is much better. But IMO,for the same price you can get the one I linked and it is a stand alone balancer, balances up to 6s packs. The feature I like best about it over the others is it constantly displays the voltage of each cell while charging/balancing.The only downside I've found is that it has a low discharge rate.No big deal unless your pack is way out of balance for some reason.Fortunately I've never had that problem.
BTW,you may need this adaptor depending on what kind of balance plug your packs have. But once you get the adaptor,it will work with every pack that I can think of.I use SMC lipos so I didn't need to buy the adaptor.

Has a better charge thru charge rate without needing anything additional. Can get adapters for all of the major balance taps here as well -
