Default Improve handling in Xb8TQ

One of the local racers at my track has suggested I widen the wheel base on my car, to improve the handling on our track.
I forgot what part he advised I get to do this but suspect it was these?

Would these parts "Alu wheel axle offset +2mm" be the correct parts?

Is there anything else I need to buy at the same time?
Do these come with teh pin that goes through them?

Thats what your after although with those your car will probably be a little slower in the handling dept, but will definatly be easier to drive and not get out of shape.

.. Not sure if they come with the pins bit you just use the pins that your using now in your wheel hex

I ask about the pins as I have a broken one in one hub at the moment.
