ahh.. i have fully understand about the "binding" now.
im still a bit confused about the other DSM products compatibility with the Spektrum though. is there ones that will work with the spektrum or others that will not work with it. for instance, im using the Spektrum transmitter and im using another branded reciever.
and lastly servos. does it have to be spektrum also?

Just keep the receiver and transmitter the same make, almost none work together, and basically any servo will work with any receiver. For my recommendations, get the Airtronics MX-Sport receiver and transmitter! it is SOOOO much better than the DX 2.0. I have both. Hope it helps =)
ahh. that one is good as well. how bout price wise?

Am:more interferance and very cheap
Fm: Less interferance but cost more.
Spectrum: No interferace and is worth the price.
About the Lipo, they can catch on fire if you charge them at big amps. But if you charge at the right amp and you take care of it you will be fine. But inform yourself before getting a Lipo, you wouldn't want to destroy it at the first charge.
