Hi Guys,

Dont know if you remember but at the Pre-Worlds drivers was running slim line wheels & tires.

Does anyone know what they was & how they made them.

Believe you have to mod it yourself or has manf actually bought them into production?

Something that was started by Mark Pavidis...... We made them ourselves by cutting the tire, wheel and foam. GRP has tires already molded this way now.

Just run a small pin like Holeshot with WD40 all over them

did that at Pro Series in Georgia after a shower that lasted an hour

Used to run something similar a few years back, looked a bit like a wider 1/10th buggy spike tyre, but a bit wider.

I like panther Komodo dragons in the wet wet mud like conditions. A little wd40 doesn't hurt either.

yes, WD-40 will prevent the mud from sticking to the tires

When we race in mud we coat every thing with wd40 lol.
