Default Hobbywing ezrun question

My program card doesn't go above item 10 i.e. can't access the motor reversing program (item #11) and the cell count program (item #12). Is this a defect or are these two programs only accesible with a certain setup? I am running forward/brake only with the 35A system.

Not 100% sure but I'm guessing that the last 2 settings aren't available because the Ezrun only has 10 adjustable settings.

Check the bottom of the page

Maybe the motor reversing program (item #11) and the cell count program (item #12)can only be set manually on the ESC ?

Thank you Skitee,

I am not sure. The program card manual lists the two functions on the available programs for cars (and they're even listed on top of the card itself) so they should be available.

I have just checked, the functions are not accessible manually (directly on the ESC) either.

Here's the answer but it's not what you want to hear.

Well, that's Hong Kong products for you. As soon as there's two versions of something, they don't know any more which is which and what does what.

I also found that the crappy little piece of shit has the most horribly translated instructions.

Hobbywing, I have a bussiness proposition for you. I'll charge you a reasonable fee for a proper translation.

they're sensorless. swap 2 of the motor wires for reverse run.

That's not what I asked, thank you.

I need to know if I should send this piece of crap back to the seller or is this the way all of them are. So if you own a hobbywing brushless system like this and you can access the two programs (either with the card or directly with the setup button on the ESC) I would be glad to hear how you do it. If not, they really need to get their shit together and correct the instruction manual.
